This lakeside campground is in Figure Eight Lake Provincial Recreation Area, 45 km west of Peace River off Hwy. 35. Sites are in a mixed forest and can accommodate both RVs and tents. There are lots of activities to do here, including hiking, canoeing, wind surfing, boating, fishing, and bird watching. OHV trails can be accessed nearby.

This is a self-registration campground. Payment can be made by cash or personal cheque (payable to “Government of Alberta”). Credit cards are NOT accepted as payment.
Reduced rates may be in effect starting September 3rd to reflect limited services available.
2025 Season: Figure Eight Lake Campground remains open for First Come First Serve Self Registration until September 30. Be advised that services and campsite availability will be limited during this time and that camp site and service availability may be reduced depending on the weather. The last available night for camping is September 29 with the campground fully closing September 30.
