Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park

Alberta Parks
A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

This is the Canmore Nordic Centre's most popular trail. It's best ridden in a clockwise direction. A steady climb starts the trails, followed by a descent through the meadow, some technical downhill sections, then moderate elevation gain back to the Daylodge.

Access: From the Daylodge, follow "flag row" to the paved Banff Trail. Bike along Banff Trail for approximately 400 metres until you see the orange trail marker on the left hand side.

Intermediate (More Difficult) rating: Basic off-road riding skills are required. Single track trail will include small obstacles such as roots and rocks. Most gradients are moderate but may include short, steep climbs. Technical trail features may be present.
