  • Notice - Park Re-opening

    Effective:  June 24, 2025   Updated:  June 24, 2025

      Attention Visitors:

      The risks associated with the high water levels in the Little Red Deer River have now dissipated. Red Lodge Provincial Park will be opening to the public as of 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025.

      Please contact 1-877-537-2757 for information regarding refunds during the closure.

      We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Operational Service Change (OSC) - 2025 Shower Closure

    Effective:  January 27, 2025

      Effective Date: May 14, 2025
      Where: Red Lodge Provincial Park - Shower house
      Why: For the 2025 season, the showers will be closed at Red Lodge Provincial Park. Flush toilets within the shower house will remain open for use.  The closure of the showers is necessary to address issues with the waste water system.

      Alberta Parks recognize that showers are an important services for park visitors and apologize for the inconvenience.
